A well-established consumer retail brand with a strong digital presence, focused on building long-term customer relationships through data-driven marketing and personalised communications.

As the CRM Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Owning and delivering the CRM strategy to drive retention, engagement, and revenue
• Leading email and SMS campaign planning, execution, and optimisation
• Managing audience segmentation, testing, and performance analysis
• Overseeing a loyalty programme to increase customer frequency and lifetime value
• Working closely with Marketing, Data, and Customer teams to align CRM activity with business goals
• Building and managing the CRM communications calendar
• Managing budgets and forecasting revenue from campaign activity
• Implementing and optimising marketing automation tools
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and email marketing regulations

• Experienced CRM and email marketing specialist with strong commercial impact
• Confident leading campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven, with the ability to turn insight into action
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Strong communicator with experience managing or mentoring others
• Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused
