As Hollis continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and driven Communications Manager to lead and deliver our marketing and communications strategy, ensuring the Hollis brand is consistently and effectively represented across all channels.

The Role

The Communications Manager will play a key role in shaping how Hollis communicates internally and externally. You will lead the delivery of the marketing strategy and plan, managing a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

This is a hands‑on role combining strategic thinking, project management and people leadership, with responsibility for brand guardianship, content, campaigns, digital channels and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, influence and develop team members and key stakeholders to successfully deliver the Hollis marketing strategy and plan
  • Take a project management lead on implementing and executing a wide range of marketing initiatives including campaigns, visual assets and video, collateral creation, website content and management, and digital and social media marketing
  • Produce clear, engaging communications that tell the Hollis story and reinforce key messages
  • Act as guardian of the Hollis brand, ensuring consistent and effective implementation across all communications
  • Provide oversight of all marketing communication channels including website, social media, marketing collateral, PR, email marketing, video, events, advertising and sponsorship
  • Lead content strategy and planning, including production of the monthly insights newsletter
  • Ensure the website remains relevant, up to date, high quality and aligned with current business needs
  • Oversee the communications elements of the events programme, including Hollis-led events and industry events
  • Measure, analyse and report on marketing activity to monitor performance and inform future planning
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies
  • Manage the marketing and communications budget effectively
  • Provide line management, mentoring and development to team members
  • Act as an ambassador for the Hollis brand, influencing colleagues to adopt strong marketing and sales practices
About You

You will be an experienced communications professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality content and campaigns. You will be confident working with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and driving projects forward in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree educated
  • Strong interpersonal skills including client care and negotiation
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Creative flair with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven people management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the brand and communications discipline, including marketing strategy, digital and print communications, content, advertising and sponsorship, events, brand management and internal communications
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering projects for senior stakeholders
  • A passion for developing engaging content and the ability to plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing and developing people
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or demonstrated equivalent experience
