We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and unstoppable Senior Marketing Manager to lead category marketing across the Colour and Holiday portfolios within UK Marketing! You’ll be at the heart of shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate our brand, accelerate category growth, and deliver commercial success. This is your chance to create magic, deliver bold campaigns, and drive exceptional results that make headlines.

As the UK category marketing lead for Colour & Holiday, you will own end‑to‑end category strategy and execution while working closely with and in support of the Head of Marketing UK. You’ll play a critical role in translating the UK marketing vision into outstanding campaign delivery, acting as a trusted partner and extension of senior leadership.

This role supports the UK team in driving all areas of consumer marketing, category strategy and integrated campaign activation planning to ensure exceptional 360° campaign execution across the Colour and Holiday categories.

Please note, this role sits within our London Head Office team and you will be required to come into the office 2‑3 days per week. This is a fixed‑term contract, with an immediate start.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will
  • Own and lead the Colour & Holiday category marketing strategy for the UK, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities and UK commercial objectives.
  • Be a thought leader:
    Act as the UK Colour & Holiday category lead, providing clear direction, leadership and expertise while supporting the Head of Marketing UK with strategic planning, decision‑making and executional excellence.
  • Lead go‑to‑market plans and toolkit delivery for UK campaigns across Colour & Holiday, ensuring strong communication and collaboration across all teams.
  • Develop and implement Colour & Holiday category marketing plans that accelerate NPD launches and grow core franchises.
  • Act as the UK guardian for Colour & Holiday category and consumer insights, transforming data into compelling stories that inform strategy, planning and spend optimisation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated 360° UK marketing campaigns across all channels for Colour & Holiday, ensuring flawless delivery and maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to localise campaigns for the UK market, defining clear processes and roles for successful partnership.
  • Lead on the creation and sign‑off process for key campaign assets and communications, ensuring high standards, timely delivery and clear decision‑making.
  • Partner with Commercial and Retail teams to support the delivery of compelling, best‑in‑class Colour & Holiday activation plans for key retailers.
  • Define, track and evaluate relevant KPIs, analysing campaign performance to understand ROI and identify future opportunities.
