Job Description

The Executive Briefing Program Manager will support Reality Labs Executive Briefing Program, designed to connect our partners to Client’s vision for the world’s next computing platform; while strengthening confidence and trust in long-term Client partnerships.
This role reports to the Global Lead of Executive Experiences and will be responsible for the management and delivery of world-class Executive briefings for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be the operational lead for day-to-day management of the Executive Briefing Program in London.

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the London Executive Briefing Centre
  • Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders (e.g., Facilities, Security, Culinary, A/V, etc.) involved in delivery and execution of briefings in the London Executive Briefing Centre
  • Own on-the-day and on-site coordination with all internal cross-functional partners.
  • Provide on-site/concierge support for Executives and account teams visiting the Centre to ensure a smooth, memorable, and impactful experience
    Populate and manage briefing scheduling system for the EMEA operation
  • Maintain inventory of all supplies related to the Executive Briefing Centre
    Manage vendor relationships with catering, transportation, SWAG, signage
    Setup and manage product experiences and demos that are owned by the Briefing Centre, including ongoing collaboration with internal tech and delivery teams
  • Conduct follow-up on each briefing and gather internal and external feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
    Prepare recurring and routine internal reports reflective of the London Executive Briefing Centre operation
  • Follow and contribute to “Executive briefing” industry best practices by utilising systems and processes that increase operational efficiencies and effectiveness
Qualifications
  • 4+ years’ experience in Events, Executive Engagement, Client Experience or other relevant field
  • Excellent time-management, self-starter with ability to problem-solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with SFDC for briefing management and campaign tracking, reporting, interpreting results
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the Executive experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external Executive stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Knowledge of XR technologies
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
Day to Day Responsibilities
  • The person needs to be in the office – responsible for the day to day of the management.
  • X5 days per weeks in Kings Cross.
  • External companies come i.e retailers that may come in who sell the devices. B2B commercial customers, partners or prospects. C suite level who are coming to learn more about the technologies.
  • Works closely with research team to bring in prototypes and demos for the executives that comes. Running the programme and events management of them coming on. When a request comes in for a briefing usually from the sales team. Assess the request to see if it will go forward, raise a request for the events tool. This team owns the space to get it up and running.

    Similar to a demo room where this is run. Testing any devices being used.
  • Work with facilities and security teams to organise the day. Meet and greet, managing all brand ambassadors, that they know about the brand and what the meeting is about and the outcomes. Make sure all of the tech is working, ensuring who is delivering the briefing and making sure everything is set. Ensuring catering is organised as they use off site.

    Run like their own event venue. Design and owning decks.
  • Will be managing their own book of business.
  • Following up on survey experience
  • The current scores of these events are very high, so white glove service and for executives to leave feeling very confident of what they came in for.
