Overview

Reporting directly to the Account Director, the Retail Media Manager will play a key role in activating and optimising campaigns across leading retail platforms - supporting one of our major new client wins 🍫🐶.

We’re looking for an experienced retail media professional with hands‑on experience across Amazon DSP, Amazon Ads, or Search
, strong performance and optimisation skills, and the confidence to help shape and lead Retail Media strategies
. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams as part of the brilliant, fast-growing team at Publicis Commerce
.

Responsibilities
  • Lead impactful eCommerce campaigns across platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo- driving measurable results while adhering to agency best practices.

  • Build strong client relationships by streamlining communication, leading local calls, and delivering exceptional day‑to‑day service.

  • Unlock client growth opportunities through data‑driven insights, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations that elevate account performance.

  • Collaborate across digital channels to develop integrated, full‑funnel marketing strategies that deliver unified brand impact.

  • Oversee financial operations-from reconciliations to billing-to ensure accuracy, transparency, and smooth client account management.

  • Stay ahead of the industry curve by engaging with key retail and tech partners (Amazon, Criteo, Tesco, etc.) and participating in ongoing training to expand expertise in retail media and digital advertising.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Hands‑on experience managing large‑scale campaigns on Amazon Advertising (DSP or Search).

  • Strong strategic understanding of Amazon Advertising, Citrus, and Criteo, including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance analysis.

  • Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals, including search strategy, attribution models, conversion rate optimisation, retail readiness, and consumer behaviour.

  • Proven ability to manage and grow key client accounts, delivering data‑driven recommendations and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence managing both internal teams and senior‑level client stakeholders.

  • Preferred certifications or advanced experience in Amazon Advertising (Foundations, Sponsored Ads, DSP), Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, or other retailer‑specific ad platforms.
