• Assist in developing and implementing international business development and marketing plans.
• Coordinate and deliver client-focused proposals, bids, and tenders to tight deadlines.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, client research, and digital content.
• Plan and deliver events, webinars, and conferences for global audiences.
• Collaborate with partners on legal directory and awards submissions.
• Manage key client account plans and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.

• Degree educated with at least 1 year’s experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a proactive approach.
• Experience in marketing communications, events, pitches, and collateral.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Inter Action), campaign tools (e.g., Vuture), and strong IT skills.
• Knowledge of the shipping sector is desirable but not essential.
