Your new team

This position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. As a Brand Manager, you will have the responsibility to support and develop our Power Brands (Absolut and Jameson) and Emerging Categories (Agave, Aperitif, Gin, Rum and RTD) in global travel retail markets. Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for effectively understanding, adapting and implementing global brand strategies. You will lead the development and progression of integrated and innovative programmes for our brands.

Collaborating with the Brand Company, Global Travel Retail Business Units and internal/external partners to align on brand strategies and activation plans against business objectives. You will ultimately be responsible for how our brands are activated throughout the path to purchase. This may include above the line and below the line activations.

Your unique contribution

You will have plenty responsibilities:

  • Understand travel retail consumer behaviours, trends, needs and challenges, to effectively apply the knowledge to consumer-first thinking. Consumer inspired insight must be at the heart of all decisions.
  • Support Marketing Manager, shaping long term & short term brand strategy and driving brand portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline.
  • Aid in NPD process from planning to launch managing each gate and coordinate relevant stakeholders (including brand company, logistic team, finance, business units and etc).
  • Aid in the development of global brand activations to support launch and global activations including global toolkit development, assets development, digital/physical consumer experience and in-store activation coordination with BU.
  • Aid in the development of always-on brand assets including brand merchandising guidelines, communication assets and consumer engagement.
  • Work closely with Consumer Activation team to develop 360 degree consumer communication and engagement plan including digital media, OOH, PR and EC & CRM collaboration in key markets.
  • Lead the daily communication with brand company and business units ensuring the alignment of global strategy and local implementation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders including REX, Retail Training, Insight team, logistic team, finance, BU and etc.
