Senior Brand Manager - Comms & Digital (FTC)

We’re looking for a strategic and creative leader to drive pan-European brand communication campaigns that put our drinkers at the heart of everything we do. You’ll craft inspiring strategies, empower local markets, and champion excellence in measurement to prove the impact of our communications.

• Lead the development of integrated, pan-European communication campaigns that resonate locally.
• Create toolkits and frameworks that enable markets to deliver consistent, high-performing campaigns.
• Partner with insights, media, and digital teams to optimise performance and embed data-driven decision-making.
• Drive innovation in processes and tools to make campaign development faster and smarter.
• Bring external inspiration and best practices to elevate our communications.
• Work collaboratively across teams internally and externally.

• Proven experience in multi-market brand communications, ideally in FMCG.
• Strong ability to turn insights into sharp briefs and measurable strategies.
• Digital-first mindset with expertise in social-first marketing.
• A proactive, collaborative communicator who thrives in a matrix environment.
• Passion for storytelling and content creation, with a focus on performance.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and adapting plans when needed.
