Responsibilities
- As part of the wider Tik Tok Shop UK Creator Operations team, the Affiliate Creator team is responsible for growing our mid‑tier creators, a growing pool of affiliates who produce consistent e‑commerce content. The team grows and engages creators through our community channels, through targeted education, brand matchmaking/partnerships, content strategy, content merchandising and platform initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies for Creator Growth on Tik Tok Shop, focusing on enhancing creators’ e‑commerce content approach and expanding their audience reach.
- Drive success through clear goal‑setting, campaign planning, brand collaboration opportunities and guidance on content and merchandising direction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to creator campaigns and shoppable content; adjust strategies to optimize engagement, content quality and sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including Category, Product, Legal—to streamline processes, resolve friction points and support affiliate GMV growth.
- Provide timely support and troubleshooting for technical issues encountered by creators.
- 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce strategy or analytical work.
- Excellent SQL and other analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Tik Tok, major affiliate programs and e‑commerce platforms; experience in content‑driven e‑commerce is highly desirable.
- Existing relationships with creators and talent agencies is a strong advantage.
- Experience or understanding of live streaming is beneficial.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce strategy, or analytical work.
