NET-A-PORTER are now seeking a talented Senior Affiliate Influencer Executive to join our award‑winning team. Reporting to the Global Head of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, the ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, fashion‑forward, and passionate about luxury fashion and social media, while consistently delivering in our fast‑paced work environment.

- Live and breathe our brand – act as a brand guardian, ensuring all influencer activations adhere to NET‑A‑PORTER brand guidelines.
- Working the day‑to‑day delivery of influencer & creator campaigns, through end‑to‑end project coordination for new collection launches, brand storytelling and social activations. Ensuring content created supports our brand campaigns and KPIs.
- Lead partnerships and relationships with influencers, creators and their agents, overseeing outreach, contract negotiation, content briefing and performance evaluation.
- Owner for influencer reporting and content sharing with internal teams to support content amplification.
- Working with finance to coordinate payments to external partners and legal to draw up contracts for partnerships.
- Co‑ordinating Brand Partnership campaigns, acting as the point of contact for the brand and internal team, including executing end of campaign reporting.
- Owner of all centralised team resources – including marketing calendars, budget trackers and end of campaign reports.
- Champion diversity and inclusion by engaging with influencers and creators across all backgrounds.
- 4+ years of marketing experience ideally in a luxury and/or online retail environment or influencer agency.
- Detail‑oriented, methodical and well organised individual with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. Analytical skills with a desire to learn new programmes/platforms. A data‑led approach to influencer channel.
- Proactive self‑starter who can work both independently & as a team as and when needed. Positive mindset and able to consistently deliver across responsibilities.
