As the firm grows, our marketing and business development team is building a best‑in‑class capability to support and deliver the firm’s ambitious strategy. We are seeking someone who can play a key role in driving digital marketing initiatives, leading data‑driven campaigns with a commercial mindset, and shaping the digital strategy to build brand awareness and drive traffic across web, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day coordination and maintenance of the website
- Create, edit, and distribute content across all digital channels and lead integrated digital marketing campaigns for relevant departments
- Manage the mailer calendar and maximise the commercial potential of our EMS
- Analyse and report on website and digital platform performance using Google Analytics and similar tools
- Lead the development of podcast and video content in collaboration with the marketing team and departmental MBD plans
- Help the Digital Manager manage day‑to‑day relationships with external agencies, including web and SEO partners
- Additional ad‑hoc duties as needed
You will be an experienced digital marketing specialist with a proven track record of managing an online presence within professional services. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- 2‑4 years of relevant marketing experience (in‑house or agency)
- Professional services experience (legal sector preferred)
- Strong digital expertise, including SEO (AEO/GEO knowledge ideal), Google Analytics (GA4), PPC and social media
- Experience developing digital content that enhances brand awareness and drives engagement
- Hands‑on experience using a modern CMS (e.g., Umbraco, Word Press) to manage and update website content
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Dotdigital, Mailchimp) including building campaigns and managing lists/segments
- The ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and commercial opportunities
- Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) would be an advantage but is not essential
