Senior PR Account Executive

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Senior PR Account Executive to join our in‑house PR team, working across our + Me brands. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

In this role, you will manage relationships with external PR agencies, support the execution of PR campaigns, and drive strategic projects to enhance our brand presence. Reporting to the PR Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of all external communications with our brand goals and objectives.

• Agency Management:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and seamless execution of campaigns
• Campaign Coordination:
  Support in the execution of PR campaigns, working cross‑functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, creative, and digital) and external partners
• Project Management:
  Manage own projects, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget while meeting brand standards
• Event Management:
  Support in the planning and execution of press events, product launches, and brand activations. Work with external agencies to ensure smooth coordination and successful event execution
• Strategic Planning:
  Support PR Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies that align with brand goals and objectives
• Reporting & Analysis:
  Track the performance of campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to internal teams

• Ideally 4+ years’ experience in PR, communications or a related marketing role, either in‑house or at a leading consumer, beauty or lifestyle agency
• Deep understanding of the skincare, beauty and wellness landscape, with strong awareness of media, cultural trends and opinion‑formers
• Proven ability to lead PR activity end‑to‑end, managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and agencies with confidence
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail, able to balance strategic thinking with flawless execution
• A highly confident communicator, both written and verbal, with experience crafting clear briefs, messaging and media materials
• Proactive and commercially minded, with the ability to spot opportunities, anticipate challenges and take decisive action
• Experienced in managing senior internal stakeholders and building trusted external relationships with editors, journalists and partners
• Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting PR performance, demonstrating impact and using insights to inform future strategy

• Play a key role in shaping and scaling PR for a category‑defining, dermatologist‑founded brand
• Lead impactful, culturally relevant PR campaigns for science‑led products with real clinical credibility
• Work closely with senior marketing, brand and medical leaders in a highly collaborative environment
• Influence strategy, ways of working and best practice as the business continues to grow
