• Plan, build and optimise all email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, launches, seasonal offers and segmented customer journeys.
• Manage the Kajabi e‑commerce platform, overseeing sales pages, checkout flows, payment systems and reporting on key funnel metrics.
• Lead the content calendar across social, email and blog, repurposing long‑form content and coordinating creative teams.

• 5+ years of proven experience in digital or e‑commerce marketing, with a strong track record in lifecycle/email marketing automation and segmentation.
• Confident in managing e‑commerce platforms, payment systems, funnels and landing pages to ensure smooth customer journeys.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and skilled in copywriting, content repurposing and managing multiple creative workflows.
