We are looking for a VP B2B Marketing who will lead our B2B Marketing efforts and shape our integrated marketing strategy. The role will lead and accelerate our B2B marketing engine and ensure our go-to-market strategy aligns with business priorities and audience needs. You will own the integrated marketing planning process and drive cohesion across key marketing domains, with a tangible impact on the company’s success.

• Lead and scale a high-performing, full-funnel B2B marketing strategy across offline and online channels.
• Own the annual and quarterly planning process across the marketing department.
• Collaborate with the Music, Product, Growth, and Creative teams to amplify product launches and artist stories.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketers, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.

• Proven experience building and scaling a B2B marketing engine across offline and online channels.
• Strong analytical rigor with experience defining KPIs and optimizing impact.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of marketing professionals.
• Experience translating technical product updates into compelling narratives that drive adoption and engagement.
• Strategic and execution-focused mindset with the ability to drive change and results.
