The Ad Partnerships Group is a global team responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key partners across the advertising ecosystem. This includes independent agencies, marketing partners, and measurement providers. We are a team of entrepreneurial, solution‑oriented professionals who are passionate about driving advertiser success on Snapchat. We work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to develop and execute programs that enable our partners to leverage the full power of our platform.

Snap Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Indy Agency Partner to join our Ad Partnerships Group in London. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our Indy Agency Program in the UK, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong, long‑term partnerships with independent advertising agencies. You will be a key player in a fast‑paced and innovative environment, acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for our agency partners.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, a proven track record of success in agency development, and a passion for Snapchat.

What you’ll do:
  • Program Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale our Indy Agency Program in the UK market, driving adoption of Snap’s advertising solutions.
  • Agency Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, C‑level relationships with key stakeholders at independent agencies, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive significant revenue growth through agency partnerships by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our sales teams, and upselling and cross‑selling Snap’s advertising products.
  • Education and Enablement: Educate agencies on Snap’s platform, products, and best practices through scaled education programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with agency partners to develop joint business plans and marketing strategies that deliver on client objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure a seamless and positive experience for agency partners.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
  • Market and Industry Expertise: Serve as an internal and external expert on the independent agency landscape in the UK, staying up‑to‑date on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on agency sales, partnerships, or business development within the UK market.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving growth.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, social media, and performance marketing.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working at a social media platform or in a role with direct responsibility for managing relationships with advertising agencies in the UK.
  • Established network of contacts at independent media agencies in the UK.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
