As a key member of the Global Appliances Category Team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic range within our appliance portfolio. You’ll drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who wants to shape the future growth of the category, translating insights into a disruptive, consumer‑led innovation pipeline.

This role requires strong collaboration across global and local teams, working with R&D, Markets, Commercialization, Insights, Design, Supply Chain, and Pepsi Co brand teams.

• Develop and execute the product strategy for the appliances category across multiple markets
• Lead consumer and market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
• Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
• Collaborate with R&D, design, supply chain, and marketing teams to bring products to market
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and data
• Own pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new launches

• Master degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
• More than 7 years marketing experience in product & innovation – ideally in FMCG or Appliances; experience in energy drinks or functional hydration is a plus
• Consumer‑centric mindset, with a deep passion to understand consumer behavior
• Strong strategic acumen with a bias for action and experimentation turning insights into winning ideas
• A team player who loves to work in a fast‑paced culturally diverse, collaborative matrix organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Passion for sustainability, wellness, and consumer‑led disruption
• Happy to travel / work flexibly in a remote team set‑up
