Your mission as a Product Marketing Lead is to cover all four aspects of the discipline:
Ambassador, Strategist, Storyteller, and Evangelist.
- Ambassador – voice of the customer, gathering and systematising insights to drive strategy.
- Strategist – owning the go‑to‑market strategy for the platform and its features.
- Storyteller – owning positioning and messaging for all elements of the offering.
- Evangelist – enabling others to tell the story internally and externally, quantifying impact.
- Own positioning and messaging for Birdie and all products.
- Lead go‑to‑market strategy for all Birdie products and initiatives.
- Own voice of the customer programme, gathering and systematising insights.
- Lead a customer impact programme, evidencing value through case studies and metrics.
- Run training and enablement programmes with Commercial teams.
- Be a regular expert voice in Marketing communications, speaking on webinars and event content.
- Fantastic storytelling skills, translating complex B2B SaaS products into clear messaging frameworks.
- Excited by pace, delivering impactful work rapidly and managing multiple streams.
- Happy to get stuck in—building strategy and executing content, tailoring messaging for different channels.
- Experience building go‑to‑market campaigns that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Built trusted relationships with senior stakeholders using data and logic.
- Prioritise knowing your customer, with experience building quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Developed and executed training materials and sales enablement programs for Customer Success, Sales and Marketing.
