Role OverviewThe Brand Experience Strategist will play a key role in shaping how brands show up in the real world.
This role is dedicated to building meaningful, impactful brand experiences — from immersive activations and cultural events to large-scale installations and community-driven engagements.
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with creative vision
: a strategist who knows how to turn insights into experiences that spark conversation, create cultural relevance, and drive lasting connections.
- Lead the strategic development of brand experiences, from immersive activations to flagship events and community-driven initiatives.
- Translate cultural trends, consumer insights, and brand values into innovative offline experiences.
- Partner with creative and production teams to ensure strategies are brought to life with impact, purpose, and meaning.
- Define experience journeys that integrate storytelling, engagement, and interaction.
- Develop strategies that balance creativity with measurable business outcomes (awareness, engagement, community growth).
- Build frameworks that connect brand experience with wider integrated campaigns (influence, social, digital).
- Present strategic recommendations and experience roadmaps to senior clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor cultural and experiential trends globally to ensure MG Empower is leading conversations in brand experience.
We are looking for a creative and strategically-minded individual who thrives on building impactful offline brand experiences that drive engagement and cultural relevance.
- 5+ years’ experience in brand experience strategy within an agency or brand environment.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies for live activations, events, installations, or experiential campaigns.
- Strong creative sensibility with the ability to inspire and collaborate with creative and production teams.
- Deep understanding of how brand experiences drive cultural relevance, community, and engagement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect offline experiences to wider brand and marketing objectives.
- Confident presenter and communicator, able to articulate ideas to senior clients.
- Highly organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience across multiple industries (beauty, lifestyle, tech, fashion, FMCG, hospitality, F&B).
- Knowledge of global event and culture calendars (Cannes, Fashion Week, Art Basel, etc.).
- Multilingual is a plus.
