This progressive and exciting start-up agency is using generative AI to revolutionise the brand strategy and insights space. Two years into their journey, they are growing at pace, attracting top-calibre clients across a broad range of sectors to support them with brand strategies. Projects range from product innovation, brand and customer communications, brand positioning, and consumer and cultural trends.

You will train with two senior members of the team to learn the ropes in all areas of the business. You will support the seniors with the full research project life cycle from client proposal to set up and delivery of the insights. You will have a good amount of client contact early on – guiding clients through the process and explaining each step to maximise relevant outputs and add value to the brand journey.

The majority of data used is qualitative; some experience of Excel would be useful.

You are a curious self-starter with a genuine interest in consumer insights, brands and cultural trends and in the use of AI in the insights space. You may be a recent graduate or have some market research and cultural/consumer trends experience. Either way you are likely to have a degree in psychology, cultural analysis, anthropology or behavioural science. Good communication skills and critical thinking are important.

This is a hybrid role, based in Waterloo two days per week or more when required.
