Who We’re Looking ForReporting to the VP, Global Media, we are seeking an experienced Media Manager to join our team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our global full‑funnel media strategy, with a primary focus on the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on media professional who excels in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and has experience delivering results across multiple business verticals.
Aboutthe Role
In this role, you will lead media efforts for product launches and key promotional moments, working closely with external media agency partners and internal teams including Brand, Design, Influencer, PR, and Ecommerce. You will serve as a central point of coordination, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize performance, identify opportunities, and scale effective strategies across channels.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with our media agency to brief, plan, and execute full‑funnel media strategies across three core business verticals:
Performance, Wellness, and Beauty. - Act as the bridge between creative production and media buying, ensuring creative assets are optimized for each stage of the funnel.
- Brief new creative assets and iterations.
- Share insights and learnings with internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Influencer team to:
- Source the right UGC for paid media campaigns.
- Share best practices and performance learnings.
- QA content to ensure it is optimized for paid platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Oversee paid media campaigns across:
- Required:
Meta, Google, Tik Tok, You Tube. - Nice to have:
Affiliates, Linear TV, Connected TV (CTV), Out‑of‑Home (OOH). - Our agency manages the execution and reporting of all paid media campaigns, and your role is to monitor performance, analyze results, and clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Support strong cross‑functional collaboration with Design, Influencer, Ecommerce, and Public Relations teams.
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, either in‑house brand or agency‑side.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and You Tube Ads.
- A strong understanding of media analytics, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Experience using Motion App or other AI‑powered creative analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Experience in wellness, fitness, beauty, or consumer brands is a plus.
