Salary: £12.21 - £12.27 / £13.68 - £13.75 per hour (PAYE / PAYE AUTO)

ARC Recruitment are currently recruiting Hygiene Cleaning Operatives for a well-established fresh produce company based in Easton, Norwich. This role offers immediate starts and multiple positions for candidates with previous food factory cleaning experience.

• Current shift: 18:00 – 02:00
• Pay rate: £12.21 rising to £12.27 after 2 successful weeks training / £13.68 rising to £13.75 after 2 successful weeks training (PAYE / PAYE AUTO)
• £12.56 per hour after 12 weeks
• Contract:
  
  Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

• Maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment across all factory areas
• Cleaning production and processing areas
• Mopping floors and washing walls
• Cleaning machinery and equipment
• Emptying bins and general housekeeping
• Preparing production lines for processing
• Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Previous food factory or hygiene cleaning experience (essential)
• COSHH training (preferred)
• IPAF ticket (Mobile Vertical 3a/3b) – advantageous
• Reliable, proactive, and hard-working attitude
• Own transport preferred due to location

• Immediate starts available
• Ongoing work with the potential for a permanent contract
• Full PPE provided
