Overview
This autonomous division of a global food group has expanded into the fast paced healthy foods market through the development of a wide range of chilled food products which are available in both retail and food service markets.
The business has offered the current development led an opportunity to take a travel sabbatical and therefore seek to appoint a development manager to oversee the NPD process whilst they are off enjoying their global travel plans.
Responsibilities- Oversee the total NPD process, from new customer briefings and relevant costings
- Manage factory trials and engage with the production team to ensure process and quality standards are maintained
- Be part of a small, highly energetic team that supports each other to deliver for the team and the business
- Experience in chilled high care environments
- Ability to operate as part of a team where close team interaction increases success
