We are seeking a Chef de Partie - Day to join our premium production kitchen. This is a hands‑on role ideal for a chef who enjoys high‑quality food production and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
You will be responsible for delivering consistent, premium food at scale, and ensuring production is completed efficiently and to the highest standards for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high‑quality food across all areas of daytime production
- Follow established recipes, specifications, and production schedules
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and attention to detail in all output
- Support daily production targets and deadlines
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met and maintained
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and production‑ready throughout the day
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Be flexible and adaptable as production needs and volumes evolve
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a high‑volume or production‑led kitchen
- Comfortable working across multiple areas of the kitchen rather than a single station
- Organised, efficient, and able to manage varied tasks throughout the day
- Passionate about food quality, consistency, and working with premium ingredients
- A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable working in a daytime production environment
- Enthusiastic about joining a new and growing premium food business
- Daytime working pattern (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends off, yes, really
