Junior Innovation Manager – Personal Care & Beauty

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Innovation Manager to join a leading personal care and beauty company. This role supports the Head of Innovation in developing a strong pipeline of new products to drive business growth. You will identify consumer insights and shape commercially successful product innovations across a diverse brand portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an innovation strategy aligned with market trends and commercial goals.
• Identify consumer insights, trends, and white space opportunities for NPD.
• Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to create and validate new product concepts.
• Lead the development of business cases and oversee the commercialization process.
• Manage budgets, project timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years' experience in a regional or international consumer goods business.
• Background in innovation or marketing within personal care/beauty.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, product development, and manufacturing.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
