What will you be responsible for?
- As Component Coordinator, you ensure the availability and lifecycle control of critical rotable and long‑lead landing gear components to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
- You act as the central point of control for rotable readiness - overseeing inventory, repair routing, allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Working closely with Production Control, Operations and Supply Chain, you manage repair flows, monitor pool health, maintain accurate SAP data, support build readiness reviews, drive root cause analysis, and continuously improve rotable management processes to reduce shortages and secure on‑time assembly.
What you’ll need?
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field (preferred)
- Experience in production control, material/asset management or MRO environments
- Strong understanding of repair processes, turnaround times and subcontracting loops
- Knowledge of complex BOMs and configuration‑controlled assemblies
- SAP knowledge (materials management and repair processes advantageous)
- Strong analytical skills with inventory and availability data
- Experience in structured operational routines (e.g. shortage reviews, stand‑ups)
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and resilient under pressure
