In this varied 4 on 4 off role, you will be responsible for developing the technical skills, food safety knowledge, and overall competence of production colleagues across the manufacturing site. The position plays a key role in enhancing the onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring they receive clear, structured, and effective training from day one.

This role would suit an experienced Production Operative, from a food/FMCG background, looking to take the next step in their career and move into a Technical Trainer position where you can progress your career long term.
