- Provide specialist consultancy for IFS Manufacturing & MRP across a 3-month contract (5 days per week), supporting planning optimisation, configuration, and system enhancements.
- Configure and optimise MRP parameters including BOM structures, routings, lead times, safety stock, lot sizing rules, and order policies to improve material availability and reduce excess inventory.
- Analyse and resolve MRP exceptions, data integrity issues, and planning inconsistencies to ensure accurate supply and demand alignment across production and procurement.
- Facilitate workshops with manufacturing, planning, procurement, and warehouse stakeholders to align system configuration with operational processes and best practice planning standards.
- Deliver user guidance, documentation, and post-implementation support to ensure effective adoption of IFS MRP functionality and sustainable planning performance improvements.
