The Role

We are seeking a Production Chef de Partie – Day to join our premium production kitchen. This is a hands‑on role ideal for a chef who enjoys high‑quality food production and thrives a fast‑paced environment.

You will be responsible for delivering consistent, premium food at scale, and ensuring production is completed efficiently and to the highest standards for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high‑quality food across all areas of daytime production
  • Follow established recipes, specifications, and production schedules
  • Maintain consistency, portion control, and attention to detail in all output
  • Support daily production targets and deadlines
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met and maintained
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and production‑ready throughout the day
  • Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Be flexible and adaptable as production needs and volumes evolve
About You
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a high-volume or production‑led kitchen
  • Comfortable working across multiple areas of the kitchen rather than a single station
  • Organised, efficient, and able to manage varied tasks throughout the day
  • Passionate about food quality, consistency, and working with premium ingredients
  • A reliable team player with a positive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable working in a daytime production environment
