Overview
Production Team Leader (Nights based) – £38,000 - £42,000 + Training + Progression + Onsite Parking + Excellent Benefits
Location:
Chessington, Surrey (Commutable from: Leatherhead, Wimbledon, Sutton, Wallington, New Malden, Twickenham)
- Oversee production activities on site
- Ensure quality, health & safety, and production tasks are met
- Maintain a hands-on approach to support the team and ensure on-time delivery and target achievement
- Schedule:
4 days on, 4 days off (7am - 7pm) Nights
- Lead and supervise the production team in a FMCG environment
- Drive continuous improvement and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with site management to meet production targets and deadlines
- Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in production or FMCG
- Willingness to work nights and commute to Chessington
