The Opportunity This is a fantastic chance to join as a Time & Motion / Work-Study Engineer , playing a key role in driving efficiency and productivity across manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with production management and team leaders to deliver practical, impactful changes-not just reports.

Key Responsibilities Conduct time & motion / work-study analysis on key operations Map and optimise shop-floor processes, layouts, and workflows Identify and implement productivity and efficiency improvements (Lean / CI, bottleneck reduction, line balancing) Collaborate with production management and team leaders to ensure changes are realistic and sustainable Champion a hands-on approach to continuous improvement within a luxury manufacturing environment What We're Looking For
