The Role With a strong order book, they are seeking a Production Manager to focus on delivering significant special projects. You will work alongside a Production Manager, responsible for planning and executing day-to-day scheduling, and a Metrology and Sub-Assembly Manager, responsible for processing raw materials and sub-assemblies. Duties:
Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of team leaders and operators assigned to specific projects Plan and allocate production resources, including labour, equipment and materials, in coordination with other production managers to balance workloads and align production priorities Create and maintain production schedules to meet project deadlines Ensure technical information and BOMs are up to date Liaise with sales, quality, production and warehousing and despatch
