Overview
Mediterranean food manufacturer is expanding into new customers within retail, food service and out of home markets to meet consumer demand for their healthy range and hunger for continued innovation.
Whilst the existing NPD lead takes time out to spend with the family.
The innovation must go on!!
That’s where you come in.
Responsibilities- Oversee a close NPD team guiding the concept to launch program whilst engaging with customers and production teams to build on the existing success already in place.
You’ll be part of a small highly energetic group who support each other to deliver together and for the business alike.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have experience in chilled high care environments and enjoy operating as part of a team where close team interaction will increase your success.
