Food Production Operatives required
đź“Ť Finchley (N3)
💷 £13–£15 per hour
🕒 6–8 hour shifts | Up to 6 days per week
Good Grain is recruiting Production Operatives for our overnight oats production site in Finchley.
This is hands‑on food production work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience is welcome but not essential – reliability, strong work ethic and commitment to quality are critical.
Key Responsibilities- Weighing and preparing ingredients
- Mixing and assembling products
- Filling, sealing and labelling pots
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)
- Cleaning and sanitising production areas
- Supporting daily production targets
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work on your feet for full shift
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hygiene standards
- Able to follow instructions carefully
Available to work up to 6 days per week
Previous Food Production Experience Desirable But Not Required.
Immediate start available.
