Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our London team.

The Role

As Repairs Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading repair operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, Organisation & Communication
    • Plan repair jobs to maximise productivity and minimise travel time
    • Liaise with suppliers to ensure parts are ordered and delivered on time
    • Ensure correct documentation, risk assessments and method statements are in place
    • Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on progress
    • Follow pre-scheduled programmes where applicable
  • Team Supervision & Development
    • Supervise repair engineers and subcontractors
    • Support continuous development and provide training where required
    • Ensure all weekly job sheets, repair reports and timesheets are accurately submitted
    • Monitor performance and ensure all jobs are completed and closed on schedule
    • Ensure site and engineer audits are completed as required
  • Health, Safety & Compliance
    • Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental regulations
    • Promote safe working practices and proper use of PPE
    • Maintain company tools, materials and vehicle in safe and roadworthy condition
    • Proactively monitor HSE compliance across the team

  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
  • Clean UK driving licence (essential)
