Product Delivery Specialist; FMCG

We have partnered with a globally recognised consumer brand with a strong international footprint, currently looking to hire a Product Delivery
Specialist to support product innovation and delivery across the EMEA region.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role sitting at the heart of new product development, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the manufacturing process and seeing products come to life at scale.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high‑volume pipeline of new products to market, working cross‑functionally with teams across NPD, quality, supply chain, and external manufacturing partners.

They will be responsible for ensuring products are technically validated, production‑ready, and delivered in line with launch timelines across a complex third‑party manufacturing network. 2026 Technical Specialist

• Supporting and executing production trials across multiple manufacturing sites
• Preparing and managing detailed technical documentation, including trial plans and reports
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Troubleshooting technical challenges during product scale‑up and production
• Ensuring all products meet strict quality and specification standards
• Contributing to the successful launch of new products across the EMEA region

This role would suit someone with a strong foundation in liquid processing or manufacturing, ideally within the beverage or wider FMCG space.

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in product development, process development, or a similar technical role
• A scientific or engineering degree
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment
• Confidence working cross‑functionally and building relationships with stakeholders
