Inventory Admin Specialist

Great opportunity to work as an Inventory Admin Specialist for our client – the largest pure‑play contract logistics provider in the world, offering bespoke solutions for e‑commerce, retail, and industrial customers.

Staffline is recruiting an Inventory Admin Specialist in Greenford.

The rate of pay is:

• Days GBP
  14.93 per hour
• Nights GBP
  16.42 per hour

This is a full‑time role working any 5 out of 7 days (always off on Saturdays, but working on Sundays).

Various shifts:

• 6 am to 2 pm
• 9 am to 5 pm
• 2 pm to 10 pm

Night shift also available –
Monday to Friday 17:00 to 01:00

• Processing the receipt of inbound loads into the warehouse.
• Processing outbound orders for picking and dispatching.
• Liaising day‑to‑day with suppliers.
• Ensuring that data and operational information is maintained on key business systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring all on‑hold pallets are highlighted and dealt with in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring site Health & Safety policies are maintained and followed.

Our perfect worker will have good English communication and maths skills. They will be computer literate.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
