Location: Greater London
As Chilly’s Head of Product, you'll be the functional head of our entire product creation journey, spanning Ideation, Design, CMF (colour, material and finish), Engineering, Technical Assurance, and Sourcing. You will obsess the consumer in all that you do - owning the process, the critical path and the launch timeline - playing a major role in the successful launch of every new product.
You'll act as the ultimate product champion, range planning and driving brand excitement and growth by injecting fresh, innovative ideas, backed by market knowledge, into everything we do.

You’ll define where our product portfolio is heading next. This means setting a clear, ambitious long-term vision to keep Chilly's competitive and reinforce our standing as a premium, lifestyle brand. - Trend Spotting & Insights:
Be our eyes and ears in the market. Working in collaboration with Marketing, you'll lead the team to dig deep for consumer insights and actively spot new trends, ensuring our innovation pipeline is constantly fuelled by what consumers actually need. - Range Planning & Innovation:
You'll create a balanced, commercial product roadmap—prioritising game-changing new launches alongside smart updates to our core lines. You’ll align this range plan (product mix, pricing) directly with our Commercial, Merchandising, and Sales teams to hit our financial goals and meet market demand.

Be a genuine leader and mentor. You'll guide our Product Engineer, Designer, Compliance, and Sourcing Managers, fostering their professional growth and driving collaboration. You’ll also inspire and motivate the best work from our world-class design partners and agencies. - Process:
You'll design and implement a smart, robust Product Development Process (PDP) that seamlessly connects the work of Design, Engineering, sourcing and Product Compliance. This process will be the foundation for our future scaling and growth. - Commercial Ownership:
You’ll play a pivotal role in the commercial success of the entire product line. You’ll be the critical link with our Merchandising team, ensuring smooth product transitions and smart inventory planning.

Roll up your sleeves and work closely with our manufacturers. You’ll drive improvements in process, tooling, and general manufacturing to deliver competitive advantage and maintain our quality edge. - Technical Authority:
You ll oversee the team to ensure our beautiful designs are not only feasible and cost-effective but also fully compliant with relevant global safety and regulatory standards. - Flawless Launches:
You have a track record of driving new products from concept to market success—on time, on budget, and making a real commercial splash.
- Factory Partnership:
- 6–8 years of progressive Product Management experience, including at least 2 years successfully managing and mentoring direct reports (creative or technical employees).
- You’ve successfully moved into senior Product Management, bringing proven experience from a product Design, Innovation, or Buying / Merchandising background.
- You have a history of impactful new product launches that delivered significant revenue growth and resonated strongly with consumers.
- You are highly astute commercially, with solid experience in managing product costing, margin analysis, and business forecasting.
- A strong, practical understanding of manufacturing processes (metal fabrication, moulding would be an advantage) and the hands-on ability to jump in and problem-solve at the factory level.
- Experience with in physical consumer goods (FMCG/Durable Goods), ideally within an exciting lifestyle brand environment.
- Experience of gaining consumer insight and spotting market trends
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
