- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, using data, metrics and retrospectives to improve delivery and customer outcomes
- Leading end to end delivery management, including clear stakeholder updates, essential documentation, and delivery assurance
- Supporting delivery in a global environment, working across the UK and India with a focus on partnership, clarity and momentum

- Proven experience establishing or scaling high functioning technology teams within a global capability centre (GCC), offshore delivery centre (ODC) or similar model
- A strong track record of designing and implementing target operating models and practical governance frameworks
- Experience planning and delivering large scale technology change programmes, including building roadmaps, managing milestones and driving execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders up to CIO level
- Financial and commercial awareness, including budget oversight, business case thinking and value realisation
- Confidence working across global, distributed and multicultural teams, with willingness to travel when needed
- A commitment to working with integrity, due skill and diligence, and keeping customer fairness at the centre of change
