Health & Safety Coordinator – Food Manufacturing

We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety Coordinator with food manufacturing or FMCG experience to join a busy, regulated production environment in West London.

This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting day-to-day H&S compliance across the factory floor. It’s ideal for someone currently working in food manufacturing who enjoys being visible on site, involved in audits, training and continuous improvement.

• Coordinating site-wide Health & Safety within a food manufacturing environment
• Supporting ISO
  45001 compliance and audit readiness
• Managing statutory inspections, maintenance and safety checks
• Supporting risk assessments, accident investigations & RIDDOR
• Managing contractors and permit-to-work processes

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
• Proven H&S experience within food manufacturing or FMCG
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated factory environment
• Confident communicator able to influence safe behaviours
• Please note: This role is not suitable for candidates without manufacturing or food production H&S experience
