Night Baker - Permanent | Brick Lane, London

An established and well-known bakery is seeking an experienced Night Baker to join its production team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a hands-on night role working in a busy-paced food environment, producing baked goods and preparing menu items to a consistently high standard for daily service.

Key Responsibilities:

Baking fresh products during night shifts

Preparing dishes in line with the shop's menu and standards

Ensuring food quality, consistency and freshness

Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards

Working efficiently to meet production deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen or food production environment

Ability to prepare menu dishes as well as baked goods

Comfortable working permanent night shifts (8:00pm - 6:00am)

Reliable, punctual and able to work independently

Food hygiene knowledge preferred

What's Offered:

£32,500 - £35,500 per annum (dependent on experience)

Permanent, full-time employment

Stable night shift pattern
