Product Developer

Overview

Ever wanted to see your food ideas on the supermarket shelves? Zest is working with an award winning, leading food business to find their next superstar Product Developer to join their innovative team in London. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role ideal for someone who loves taking bold concepts and turning them into commercially successful, market-ready products.

• Work closely with the NPD Manager and cross-functional teams, owning product development from customer brief through to factory trials and launch.
• Be deeply involved in sample development, customer presentations, costings, feasibility and continuous improvement to ensure every product is delicious, on trend and customer ready.

• A degree in Food Science or Nutrition
• 1+ years of food industry experience
• A genuine passion for product development and the ability to deliver at pace
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• Commercial awareness, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
• Flexibility to travel when required (UK driving licence is essential)
