The Senior NPD Technologist role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual. There is a lot of scope for innovation as you will have the opportunity to work on flavour profiles from scratch, plus the chance to manage your own NPD projects.

• Develop innovative recipes and manage product development from concept through factory trials to launch.
• Manage projects and customer relationships, including handling NPD briefs, presentations, and client interactions.
• Oversee commercial responsibilities including product costings, supplier meetings, and identifying market growth opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support by overseeing benchmarking sessions.

• The successful candidate shall possess a Degree in Food Science or related field.
• Experience with in an New Product Development UK Food manufacturing role is required – ideally within the meat sector.
• Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about food innovation, with a solid understanding of consumer trends and product development in the UK market.

The Senior NPD Technologist job () is paying £35,000 - £45,000 according to your experience.

The site is in North London and is commutable from Ilford, Hackney, Waltham Cross and Potters Bar and surrounding areas.

The working hours are Monday to Friday.
