Maintenance Engineer Cheltenham £46k Great Benefits Overtime Training & Development Permanent I am currently looking for Shift Engineers to strengthen a busy Production Team based in the Gloucestershire area With a strong multi-skilled background, and the proven ability to work with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic equipment, your key responsibilities include:
- Proactive, planned-preventative maintenance to ensure our existing equipment is able to meet capacity demand and efficiency targets. Reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime. Identifying and delivering against opportunities to implement changes and continuous improvement projects to maximise plant efficiencies. Assisting with the introduction of new equipment to a market-leading production facility as part of our continued drive for innovation.
Continuous professional development through industry specific training. You will be able to fault find on a range of mechanical and electrical equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience with Steam, heat exchangers and soft water plants would be advantageous Ideally you will have a relevant qualification - which may include an ONC or HND / HNC or a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Please note there is NO Sponsorship available with this role
