Manufacturing Operative – Chessington

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our well‑established client based in Chessington, Surrey on a full‑time permanent basis. • Monday – Thursday: 08:30am – 04:30pm
• Friday: 08:30am – 12:00pm

• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
• Overtime paid at 1.5x

• Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
• Operating the Counterbalance FLT safely and effectively
• Moving materials, loading / unloading goods and feeding production lines
• Using hand tools and cutting equipment as required
• Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks
• Completing stock checks and basic documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
• Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Experience with in manufacturing and / or warehousing
• Confident using hand tools and related equipment
• Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
