Production Engineer
We’re looking for a Production Engineer to support and optimise manufacturing processes within an electromechanical production environment. This role acts as a key link between Design and Manufacturing, particularly during New Product Introduction (NPI), and plays an important part in improving efficiency, quality, and production flow.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain work instructions, operating procedures, and test specifications
- Support NPI activities, including pilot builds and transition to production
- Provide tooling, equipment, and day-to-day technical support to manufacturing
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and quality tools
- Support quality investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA activities
- 2+ years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering
- Experience with electromechanical assemblies (PCBs, motors, wiring, sensors, etc.)
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D)
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on production environment
- Experience in high‑mix / low-volume manufacturing and ERP / MRP systems is desirable
