Powder Coater

Location: South East London

Powder Coater We are seeking an experienced and motivated Powder Coater to join our client in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Powder coating is a key part of their operation, with 2–3 dedicated coating areas , and this role offers variety, responsibility, and opportunities to work on a wide range of projects. About the Role You will be responsible for powder coating components ranging from small nuts and bolts to large-scale equipment , ensuring high-quality finishes that meet job specifications.

This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team .

Key Responsibilities Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently Set up and adjust powder guns, including selecting correct settings and tips for different surfaces Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of powder coating equipment Follow job instructions and production requirements accurately Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Assist with preparation work, including cleaning and masking components Rotate between powder coating areas as required to support production demands Skills & Experience Previous experience in powder coating or a similar industrial finishing role Good understanding of powder coating processes, equipment, and application techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities A strong focus on workplace safety and safe equipment operation Reliable, flexible, and a positive team player
