Location: Hertfordshire, UK (International Travel)

This specialist AV integration company delivers world‑class audio‑visual and automation systems to the superyacht and luxury marine sector. With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are expanding their team and seeking a technically skilled and client‑focused Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, high‑end installations. Operating at the premium end of the market, the team prides itself on technical precision, exceptional service, and creating fully integrated experiences for clients across the globe.

• Managing end‑to‑end AV and automation projects within superyacht and luxury marine environments.
• Coordinating engineering teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders to set expectations and ensure successful outcomes.
• Overseeing installation, integration, testing, and project handovers.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, schedules, and project plans using Microsoft Project.
• Carrying out on‑site visits, including extended periods of international travel.
• Ensuring compliance with RAMS, relevant standards, and best‑practice installation methods.

• Strong understanding of AV and automation systems within the yacht or luxury residential/marine sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Crestron and Lutron control systems.
• Confident working with IT networks, switches, and related infrastructure.
• Knowledge of multi‑room AV, cinema systems, LED/LCD displays, projection, and high‑end audio.
• Proven ability to manage complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders.
• UK‑based or holding an existing valid UK working visa.
• Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods.
