Service Technician

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support.
• Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Responsible for following up on customer acceptance of new equipment.
• Responsible for summarizing customer service cases in the after-sales service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
• Provide technical after-sales service, offering technical analysis and solutions for customer equipment failures.
• Responsible for reporting product issues to the company's internal technical department and assisting in product manufacturing process and design improvements.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics or Electrical Automation
• Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Proficient in office software operation
• Three years or more of relevant technical experience in electromechanical equipment
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics, electronic circuit diagrams, pneumatic circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional image
• Willing to work long hours at customer sites and travel frequently
• Strong continuous learning ability
• Customer-centric and proactive
• Customer management skills
• Experience in the ultrasonic, laser, or automotive industries
• Experience in after-sales service related to electromechanical equipment
