Double days weekly rotating shift
Monday - Friday 05:00am - 14:00pm | Monday - Thursday 12pm - 8pm

• 4 day week when working the late shift

Our client, a well-established family‑run manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Supervisor Technician to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the shop floor. This pivotal role will ensure that production runs seamlessly and that all machinery operates at peak efficiency.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations on shift, ensuring production targets are met
• Support with machine setting, and preparing machines for production
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, stripping, and cleaning
• Monitor and respond to machine performance, addressing breakdowns or maintenance needs promptly
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to operators
• Contribute to continuous improvement

• Must have experience in the plastics industry
• Must have basic machinery maintenance skills
• Must have supervisory experience
