Morecambe, Strongdor Factory – Full time. Day shift and late shift available.

We take pride in crafting high quality, British‑made bespoke steel doors. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our team.

As a Production Operative you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Packaging

• Collaborate with your team to manufacture bespoke steel doors from sheet metal.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and relevant SOPs.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Relay process improvement, suggestions, and challenges to your team leader.
• Be a flexible team member, willing to work at any point of the process.

Full training will be provided for this role.

• Day shift
  :
  Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 am–4:30 pm;
  Wednesday: 7:00 am–4:00 pm;
  Friday: 7:00 am–2:45 pm.
• Late shift
  :
  Monday to Thursday: 2:45 pm–12:45 am.
